These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ISS Hub (“we”, “our”, “us”) website, mobile application and related services. By accessing or using our website, app or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 16 years of age, provide accurate and truthful information, meet applicable membership or participation requirements, and provide verification documents where required for eligibility or security. We may refuse, suspend or terminate access where these requirements are not met.

Account registration

When creating an account, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and current, that you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and that you will not share your account with another person. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our fault.

Identity verification

We may require identity verification for membership, event access, fraud prevention or safety. This may include an Irish Residence Permit (IRP), Public Services Card (PSC), student ID, proof of enrolment or similar documentation.

By submitting documents, you confirm they belong to you, the information is accurate and you have the legal right to submit it. We may approve or reject verification or request additional documentation where necessary.

Use of our services

You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information or impersonate another person.
• Upload or share unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory or offensive content.
• Use the platform for fraud or illegal activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website or app.

We may remove content or restrict access where these rules are breached.

User content

You remain responsible for content you upload, post or share. By posting, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

By submitting content, you grant ISS Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, host, display, reproduce and distribute that content within the operation and promotion of the platform. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

Membership

Some services or features may require active membership or approval. We may set or change eligibility requirements, approve or reject applications, and suspend or withdraw membership for misuse, misconduct or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

Events, bookings and tickets

ISS Hub may organise or promote events through its website or app. Tickets may be limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Some events may require active membership or have eligibility, age or verification requirements. Attendees must follow event instructions, timings, behaviour and safety requirements. Late arrival may result in refusal of entry where stated.

Payments and refunds

Payments may be processed by trusted third-party providers. We do not store complete card or payment details on our systems unless clearly stated otherwise. Refunds are subject to the specific terms of the event, booking or service. Unless stated otherwise, missed events are not refundable, refunds may not be available close to the event date, and third-party transaction fees may be non-refundable.

Changes and cancellations

We may modify, postpone or cancel events; change venues, times, features or services; and update membership requirements or platform functionality. Where possible, affected users will be informed in advance.

Safety and conduct

Users must behave respectfully and safely when using the platform or attending ISS Hub events. We may suspend or terminate access for harassment, abusive behaviour, dangerous or disruptive conduct, discrimination, hate speech, fraud, dishonesty or conduct that may harm ISS Hub, its members or the wider community.

Third-party services

Our services may include or rely on third-party providers such as payment processors, analytics tools, notification services, maps or embedded content. We are not responsible for the content, availability, reliability, privacy practices or problems arising directly from third-party services.

Intellectual property

ISS Hub content, branding, logos, graphics, text, software and design elements, excluding user-generated content, are owned by or licensed to ISS Hub and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our services without prior written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Identity Verification Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that personal data will be processed in accordance with those policies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISS Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses; loss of data, profits, opportunities or reputation; interruptions or unavailability; or user disputes, misconduct or third-party actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish law.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free or secure, or that it will meet every individual expectation or requirement.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where you breach these Terms, verification or eligibility requirements are not met, or we believe it is necessary for security, legal or operational reasons. You may stop using our services at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
