Delete your ISS Hub account
You may request deletion of your ISS Hub account and associated personal data at any time.
Send your deletion request by email
Use the same email address connected to your ISS Hub account and the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@isshub.ie from the same email address associated with your ISS Hub account.
- Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
- We will verify your identity and delete your account and applicable personal data within 30 days.
Data deleted upon request
When your request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account profile information.
- Email address and login data.
- Posts, comments, messages and uploaded media.
- Event bookings, unless records must be kept for financial compliance.
- App usage data linked to your account.
Data we may retain
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, financial or security purposes, including payment and transaction records, anti-fraud logs and server logs, which may be retained for up to 12 months.
