Please only book if you intend to attend. If your plans change, contact us by email or through support in the app at least 12 hours before the event to cancel, allowing another student to take your place.
If you book and do not attend without cancelling on time, restrictions will be applied to your account. You will be unable to book future free events that involve significant costs to the society.
